All mainlaind UK deliveries are FREE! UK Non-Mainland & Europe £5.00.

For your protection all items are sent by recorded delivery. A signature will be required on delivery.If you require special delivery, please contact the shop to arrange.01162 3902 

Delivery Schedule Boo Boos will aim to process your order the same day. Orders are normally despatched and should be received within 5 business days (Mon - Fri)
If your item is not in stock, we will notify you of the expected delivery date. You then have the option of cancelling the order if you prefer not to wait.

Back Orders Items not in stock are notified to you and you are given the option of cancelling your order or putting the items on back order. We will always provide an expected delivery date for back orders.

Tax Charges Prices quoted are inclusive of VAT where applicable

Credit Card Security We accept all major credit cards (VISA, DELTA, MASTERCARD). In the interest of security, our site uses 128-bit encryption and your details are only resolved when they reach the store. Your information is held securley at Boo Boo'suntil your order is ready to ship. We also accept orders by post or telephone.

Guarantee If you wish to return goods for exchange you must do so within 7 days of receipt. The goods must be unworn, and protected by the original wrapping. The cost of the return is borne by the person returning the goods. When returning goods for exchange, please include £5.00 if returning outside mainland UK to cover return postage. Goods received after this period are exchanged at our discretion and subject to £5.00 handling charge.

Goods remain the responsibility of the person returning them until safely received at Boo Boo's. We recommend using recorded delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for mislaid goods.
